• Organized a workshop on understanding Intersectionality through Gameplay that I developed at UNC Charlotte 

• Won first place in Doctoral Symposium Talks where I presented on the topic "Attitudes on Artificial Intelligence" 

Sept 2022 

• Was in Stockholm this past month for FIE 2022 and presented a poster on  "The Role of AI in Improving the Student Experience in Computer Science Education: an Intersectional Analysis Approach" and also presented a paper on "Developing CALI: Inventory to Capture Collaborative Active Learning and Inclusive Practices in  Introductory CS Courses". It was a great experience and made a lot of connections and friends. 

March 2022 

• Nominated as the first International student in the role of Associate Vice President of Graduate Student Relations in UNC Systems ASG, keep up to date on the concerns of graduate students (50,260) across the UNC System.  

•  Work with the leaders of all 16 campus delegations to ensure graduate students have the opportunity to attend and be involved in the Association

Apr 2021 

• Part of the team that spearheaded the first-ever NC Graduate & Professional Student Day of Advocacy, which has since been expanded into an ongoing initiative called the North Carolina Graduate Student Coalition. My efforts were aimed at increasing graduate student representation within NC State legislature through working closely with the office of Representatives and Senators in the state.
